Become a Volunteer
It's that simple - a campaign can't succeed without volunteers. Volunteers come in all shapes, sizes and ages. I was 10 when I volunteered at my first campaign (handing out literature and buttons for LBJ in 1964). I stuffed envelopes for Robert Kennedy and for Al Lowenstein. Drawn by his call for campaign reform and support for "a cause greater than our own self interest," I was one of John McCain's first volunteers in 2000, helping open the South Carolina headquarters and doing advance work for more than a dozen town hall meetings in New Hampshire. We need your help. We promise to treat you with the respect a volunteer deserves and provide the campaign experience you want. |
